That's what this message says - because you'd "rather use the open Internet" (which, I point out is hardly open by your standards - or are you stealing access somehow rather than entering into a business relationship with some sort of provider?). So you'll be using the "open internet" to set up your own community. You've complained enough about how this one is exclusionary that I assume you're going to go do your own version so you can claim it's open and "free". Again, like your own access to the internet, it's hardly that by your standards at any rate. Otherwise, you're apparently just blowing non-semantically relevant smoke to be a pain in the ass.
