Hello All: I have added more information to the general page at:

The two most important new features are: * The scheduled dates that I intend to be at the apartment, so people can pickup their reserved books. * A link to the *raw* Excel file for those of you who can use Excel. That way, you won't have to wait for me to process everything. Be warned though, books of potential significant value will be held out for monetary sale. They won't be given away for free. Specifically, we know of one book that has been signed by Guy Kawasaki. Other books of a similar nature will also be held out.
