I have not been there, but http://www.omegafamilyrestaurant.com/ Omega Family Restaurant in Milpitas is open till 10, has a banquet room, and serves similar food to what we have been having. Lions Club meets there, so they are probably set up for a group like BASFA.
One way to find likely locations is go to service groups' web pages (Lions, Rotary, etc.) and see where they meet.
