Sorry for the confusion in the post; I was pretty tired when I made it and
should have made it more clear that these were Wednesday dates.
Why Wednesday? The restaurant was not available three consecutive Mondays.
The person I was speaking to said they had the three consecutive Wednesday's
available, so I took those.
Bear in mind, this is temporary, based on the need to find a temporary location
quickly. This contingency was also included in my charter to find an temporary
location for three weeks.

I'm not the one who booked the room, but I believe that was the case, yes. The
constraint was that it had to be on a weeknight (Monday-Thursday), and I expect
that was the only day it was available for three weeks.
