Hi Everyone:
I spoke with the General Manager of Coco's about our "displacement" last night.
He told me he booked the other group last night before we were considered
"permanent" in the room for Monday nights. He did not tell me when the other
group booked the room.
FYI, when we were looking at Coco's. the night manager told me in mid November
(before our last meeting at IHOP) that he had written us in for the rest of the
year.
I don't know if this is a case of the night manager not writing us in on the
calendar until later, or the General Manager not looking at the calendar at the
time he took the booking for last night's group. Both have confirmed that we
are on the calendar through the end of next year.
