Emma and Will are up in Tombstone now (I contacted them right away when we moved. We're not friends, per se, but she was kind enough to read my first novel when it came out and give me critique.) I think the Coffee Roaster and Chocolatier you're describing might be my friend, Seth Appell at Old Bisbee Roaster? (www.oldbisbeeroaster.com). If so, I totally agree. I'm not even a big coffee drinker and he's got me hooked on his stuff. I won't buy anything else, any more.
