I've dealt with this before from earthlink. It's reply-to is [EMAIL PROTECTED], because if you replied to the person, you'd just start the cycle all over again.
This is Earthlink's antispam system in action. When the earthlink user has it on full, any message from person not in the users white list, the challenge is issued. You as the sender are expected to follow the link, fill out the form, and wait for the recipient to approve you as a sender. It's a pain and it doesn't always work. Hopefully [EMAIL PROTECTED] thought to add the basfa sending address to their whitelist, but earthlink may be dumb enough to want every person who posts to the mailing lists to fill out the form.
