Sorry earthlink is giving you grief. I used to have SpamGuard below maximum setting. I also used to have to reboot my computer from scratch about twice a year from the intrusions that got in.

I did add basfa to my address book, but earthlink doesn't know you're on that list.

This is me:

And no, I am not a bloody Viking.

Anyone recognize who this is? Otherwise, I'm thinking it's a form of
spam. The reply to was [EMAIL PROTECTED] . I get suspicious when the
reply to is significantly different from the from address. I tend to
not like receiving messages like this, especially when it looks like it
came from someone receiving a message from a list that they supposedly
signed up on.

Until later--

Carole

I've dealt with this before from earthlink. It's reply-to is
[EMAIL PROTECTED], because if you replied to the person, you'd just
start the cycle all over again.

This is Earthlink's antispam system in action. When the earthlink user
has it on full, any message from person not in the users white list, the
challenge is issued. You as the sender are expected to follow the
link, fill out the form, and wait for the recipient to approve you as a
sender.

It's a pain and it doesn't always work. Hopefully
[EMAIL PROTECTED] thought to add the basfa sending address to
their whitelist, but earthlink may be dumb enough to want every person
who posts to the mailing lists to fill out the form.
