Associate Director - Advanced Analytics
High powered business oriented modeler to manage a team of seasoned/experienced
modelers.
Work with the Associate Director of Strategic Analytics to develop a test/learn
environment and evolve this into an XD -Rapid Cycle Learning environment.
Will work closely with the Associate Director of Campaign Management to ensure
that the models are successfully deployed.
Will be a member of the Director of Customer Insights senior management team.
Requirements:
8+ years of managerial experience.
Hands-on-experience using SAS and SQL.
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
Prior experience in Wireless, Financial Services (Card), or New Media (Google,
Yahoo, etc.).
In order to be successful in the position, it is critical that he/she have
extensive hands-on modeling experience working with large and complex databases.
Strong communication skills (the ability to explain complex concepts to the
layperson yet "talk stats" with the modelers).
Team player and work across the organization.

Senior Marketing Database Manager, Advanced Analytics
AT&T Mobility is looking for a senior level analyst to join a growing and
dynamic Advanced Analytics team. As part of Customer Life Cycle Management
(CLM) within the Customer Insights Group, Advanced Analytics has been tapped to
participate and provide support to one of the five key strategic corporate
initiatives for AT&T Mobility. In addition to this, Advanced Analytics is
providing support to several key corporate marketing initiatives. The
individual will be responsible for:
- Developing, testing, managing a suite of revenue enhancement/churn models.
- Using quantitative techniques to develop actionable customer insights.
- Developing robust test/learn designs (including factorial designs).
- Championing data driven strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
SAS (Enterprise Miner) power user
Currently a user of SQL and working in a Teradata environment.
Statistical Skills: Logistic Regression, Categorial Data Analysis Models
including multinomial logit models, General Linear Models, Nonparametric
methods, Multivariate Methods including factor analysis and cluster analysis,
CHAID, Survival analysis, two-stage regression, scaling of independent
variables, proportional odds logistic regression.
Experience working with large and complex databases.
Must be able to take a request and craft it into a business case.
Strong communication and platform skills and ability to present a business case.

Lead Data Analyst
Hands-on manager (expected to also pull lists, QA/QC, etc.) to manage a team of
campaign managers to ensure that the campaigns are correct and delivered in a
timely manner.
Responsible for end-to-end list pull process.
. Reviewing and signing-off on list pull brief.
. QA./QC processes are executed appropriately by team and fall within
acceptable range as determined by senior management (Directors and above).
. Interface with internal clients as needed.
. Ensure that all outputs are stored in correct repository.
Will report into the Associate Director of Campaign Management.
Be a member of the Senior Managers team in developing a campaign management
process (including QA/QC).
This is a high pressured position and with long work hours.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on SAS and SQL experience and current use
Extensive experience working with large and complex databases and systems.
Experience in Wireless, Financial Services (Card), Publishing or DM Company
(including advertising).
5 or more years (both hands-on and managerial) campaign management experience
(DM, TM, E-Commerce, Retail, Catalogue, etc.).
Strong communication skills.

Senior Marketing Database Manager, Strategic Analytics

Ability to take a client request and organize the analysis from a business, not
a statistical perspective (even though statistics would get you to the answer).
Ability to influence.
Comfortable working with individuals with different levels of competency.
