I spotted this statement in one of the Yahoo News reports of the storms
in the Midwest today.
""Ninety percent of the small town of Paragon, southwest of
Indianapolis, was underwater, State
Homeland Security Director Joe Wainscott said.""
The moral would appear to be that high ground is not a virtue of Paragon.
