A bankruptcy trustee's motion to convert it to Chapter 7 (shutdown and liquidation) is before the court, _but_ there's a proposal by the firm's new owners, a group of California investors, to amend and continue the reorg. plan. The judge now hopes to settle the whole mess on July 15th.
