Bu the version that was released in '09 was different than the one that made the festival rounds. Does that make a difference? How much has to change to make it a different film?

It was first released in 2007 when it was making the rounds at film festivals, but didn't receive widespread distribution until 2009. Would that be eligible? Adrienne
