And to give the community a good reason to visit, his office is hosting its fourth annual Safety Night and Outdoor Movie there Friday at 7 p.m. In addition to the family-friendly flick "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," there will be balloon artists and ice cream for the kids. Just be sure to bring a blanket and a flashlight because it does get dark in there. If you've never been to the Rose Garden, it'll be a great evening for a sunset tour. And donations will be collected for Trace Elementary School's parent-teacher group for those who want to help that school continue its comeback from a devastating fire in July."
