First comment (of two) listed claimed severe management errors by prior corporate overlord Zensho Group. Some of those definitely ring true even from an outsider customer perspective, such as the sudden vast expansion of the menu. Also, I believe I remember the clumsy introduction of tablet computers for waitstaff use, mentioned here. Second comment is from someone giving the name 'Elizabeth Aguilar', saying she's a a Coco's or Carrows employee and that the first guy's remarkes were spot-on. Point is, _if_ these two people are correct, then new owner Food Management Partners is merely cleaning up damage committed by the former owners, and isn't the villain. Are they correct? Can't tell -- exactly as is usually the case with statement by corporate PR departments, too. _______________________________________________ Basfa mailing list [email protected] http://lists.basfa.org/listinfo.cgi/basfa-basfa.org
