Chuck, _is_ there a backstory to this exploratory effort?  What is the
context?  Without in any way intending to denigrate such an effort, I am
moved to wonder what specific safety concerns apply to BASFA.

Apparently something did happen, so it is broke.  I don't have details.
I don't mean something happened wrt safety as I would understand it after landing in turbulent winds in New Zealand several times in the last two weeks, but the perception of safety affects mental and social health, so I mean there is apparently some work needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere all around. I actually have NO idea.
