The Vice President was absent. The President was absent. The Site Selection committee reminded us that we will be meeting at the Black Bear Diner next 2 week & that we will hold a ratification vote to confirm BBD as a more permanent site The Sports Committee reported that they are thinking about doing another BASFA outing to the SJ Giants on Cartoon & Princess day, Tuesday, June 28 with a 7pm start time The Conduct Committee reported that they are hard at work. Announcements: Dave C announced that there is a new Playboy for review. Reviews: There were many reviews of Baycon. The San Jose in 2018 parties at Baycon went well and the Sunday party closed down the con. There were many reviews of Clockwork Alchemy. There were no reviews of Fanime. Mo reviewed Jim Butcher’s Hugo Nominated work, The Cinder Spires: The Aeronaut’s Windlass, and reviewed Suki Kim’s Without You, there is no Us as worth full price. we adjourned at 8:52 pm and the rumor of the week was: ‘BASFA takes your breath away'
