I'm calling it 1.3, for the moment. Will follow the usual period of "freeze", which I believe will be very short (1 week?), since we all have used the code for long time and no awful bugs seem to have appeared. I'll check whether the "directory layout" change is feasible without breaking everything -- if yes, I'll try to include it in 1.3 (I'll post a diff, obviously) -- otherwise I'll postpone it to 1.4/2.0.
