When working with 'root' I use "set -u" to avoid executing commands by
mistake that contain unknown/undefined variables that will lead to a
possible different result than intended. However, the file names
completion (and possible other types) aborts with:
$ vi bash: exclude: unbound variable
Please add support for "set -u".
