Not that I'm aware of. Some of the more active overlays have better webpages, but being that no one stepped up to work on kde3, I expect that things will slowly break in that overlay. That being said, when the basket ebuild doesn't work from there, it probably won't work from the other overlays either. That and the fact that their is probably a basket ebuild in a couple of different overlays, I think this is the only one that should be listed, . Even though a kde4 version only exists in Ycarus, once there is an actual release, it will hit the main tree pretty quickly and then people won't have to add an overlay.
