This was just a quick test to see if it would compile and enable file
drag-and-drop and basic note taking.  Therefore obviously some of the
things I have disabled will need to be put back.  There's quite a few
issues - but it works enough to play with.  Once I get a few days free I'll
patch some more - it compiled fine using the development mode of the
kde-win installer - I can give more details if people want them.
