Prajakta, For the out of memory error, try to update your code with the latest CVS. We just fixed an important memory leak problem (thanks Stephane and Thierry !) and I hope this is the problem you were running into.
About your w3c document, I am not sure what you mean? XML, HTML, ?? Vincent.
