The jaxp jar appears to be a copy of the Sun JAXP Jar. It only appears in xml-batik/lib/build.
This also looks like the result of importing ant into the batik repository. This should really be fixed by the Ant folks. In the short term, we should probably upgrade this jar to the xml-commons JAXP and checkin the ASF 1.1 license as xml-batik/lib/build/jaxp.LICENSE.
