Appended below is a part of the image that I need to draw using SVG. My problem is that I can't figure out a way to angle the text. I tried using text on path, but the requirement is strictly to have the text center aligned to the line.
I know this problem isn't directly related to batik, but any pointers in achieving the requirement would be of great help.
