wasted BufferedImage in AbstractWMFPainter

In the last trunk modification of AbstractWMFPainter, Cameron McCormack 
added a comment about a BufferedImage creation in the getImage(*byte*[] 
bit, *int* width, *int* height) method : actually, this is dead code I 
forgot to delete (came from a copy/paste) when I proposed the WMF stuff 
patch some time ago. The BufferedImage creation is not harmful, but not 
necessary (sorry).
