Personally, I think it looks fine, but you could if you wanted to change Those menu colours in Forrest quite easily. Either take a shade from The 'purple batik' or from the blue-ish squiggle. In other words, don't Make the logo more different from the menu, but change the menu colours To blend in more with the logo. This is just a suggestion, you won't know what purple will look like on The menu until you try it. The 'unselected' tabs could also take on a Second colour used by the logo to make it fit in even more. The Default blue of forrest is fine, but is used on many project sites As is and it would be nice to see it venture away from the norm Now and then.
