As per the guidelines in Debian packaging, the prebuilt jar files in a source
package have to be removed and the source has to be repacked before it can be
uploaded to repositories.
This is not only tedious but also introduces difference between upstream source
and the source in Debian repository.
It will be good if source packages can be just source packages. I am sure one
who wants to build from source will be smart enough to fetch dependencies as
per mentioned in README file.
