Does this issue still make sense? While revisiting this issue I felt like this
is tightly related to bug 45949, where it is stated [1] that it would not be
necessary. Does this apply but in a different scope or could/should it be
marked as a duplicate (although slightly counter-intuitive) of bug 45949 which
is better described?
Also, I was tempted to add the "PatchAvailable" keyword but, as the format is
CVS based, in standard diff format [2] (which, at least for me, it's quite
unfeasible to "parse" visually) and potentially outdated, I was wondering if
the reporter was able to update it and/or someone with more expertize could
jump in. :-)
