SVG with overlaid gradients
LinearGradients are rotated by twice the transform value when output is PDF.
See attached gradient, change the rotation transform amount, and generate PDF
with batik-rasterizer to see results.
Additionally if the two gradients are stacked, one will not show in a PDF.
When generating a png, all results are as expected.
