In the attached image there are small lines touching the rings. However, when
the parent group (id="suspicious") is (1) rotated and its children have (2)
filter applied, their coords are confused ... and ... short lines don't touch
the rings.
I reported very similar issue to Chrome, which was fixed already (however,
there isn't clear revision when it happened to investigate related code
changes):
