I guess it's just my opinion but if Jacl support is not included in the batik
jars, then that should be mentioned.
The Batik build excludes the Jacl classes when it is built.
For what it's worth, I created a PR that removes Jacl from the build and docs
altogether. https://github.com/apache/xmlgraphics-batik/pull/32
