Can you provide me with some info regarding the font you're using - what is
the original font and what output do you get?  Are you able to send them to
me?

There was an old bug with the font conversion code which caused blocky
output if the em-square had an unusually low resolution, but this had be
fixed.  I am keen to track-down any problems of this nature.
