Just to confirm: SVGScroll and SVGZoom are not implemented.

I don't know for the other ones, but if you rely on SVGScroll and SVGZoom
events to do that one, it looks unfortunately like they are not
implemented

Yep, but it seems that:
var trans=gdocDE.currentTranslate;
var scale=gdocDE.currentScale;
doesn't work when called at all, both result in an error.
(gdocDE is the documentElement )
