     You seem to be correct on all counts, we do require 'deg' on the
glyph orientation properties - which it appears we shouldn't.

     Also correct, however we do support 'glyph-orientation-vertical',
I'm checking into why Batik currently doesn't seem to support
'glyph-orientation-horizontal', I suspect it was a simple oversight
(as gov is much more commonly used than goh).
