I'm again asking this question: are the documents created by
org.apache.batik.dom.svg.SVGDocumentFactory valid W3C SVG documents?
I've downloaded a program by JASC software called WebDraw. It did a
beautiful job of parsing my svg documents and reporting errors. Most of them
were easily fixed, but it is reporting some attributes of the a <use>
element defined. Some of these are:
xlink:show
xlink:actuate
xlink:type
These attributes were not added by me, they were automatically created when
I created the element:
SVGdoc.createElementNS(svgNS, "use");
What is going on here? Can I prevent these attributes from being created?
Thanks,
Jane
These attributes
