circle borders are rendered as hexagons and diamonds

Hi,

this looks like a renderer bug: Small <ellipse> elements are rendered
as hexagons or diamonds, depending on the zoom.

To reproduce:
  - Take batik-1.5beta5
  - "java -jar batik-squiggle.jar" (JDK 1.3.1 or 1.4.2 doesn't matter),
  - load the attached file,
  - Zoom in once:
    Some circle borders are distorted quadrilaterals, others are hexagons.
  - Zoom in a second time:
    All small circle borders are diamonds.

This may be related to Sun JDK bugs #4151279 and #4469685,
or it may be a bug in the Batik renderer, I don't know.
