If a svg document includes images that aren't found from the given URL, Batik/Squiggle 1.5 beta5 handled those images by showing a special image in the place of the images that couldn't be found, but Batik/Squiggle 1.5 final gives an exception dialog and doesn't render the document at all.
Is this a bug or is it done on purpose?
It was an unintentional 'feature' the old behavior has been restored in CVS, and the information attached to the 'broken' image is improved.
