I don't complain about Illustrator, FOP or Batik. (Sorry if I used the wrong word because english is not my mother tongue). It's a good thing to have high quality SVGs, if you want to reuse them with tools like Illustrator (for example). But if you to parse these SVGs and transform them into something else, they might be too "heavy". That's our fault, we shoud have created plainer graphics or chosen another technical solution... > You might also check the export options of Illustrator.
