It seems that flowtext and associated elements (flowregion, flowpara, etc.) do not update the GVT tree in response to DOM events.
At least, changing to position/size of a rectangle within the flowregion, and changing the content of a flowpara, dont trigger GVT updates.
Is this intended behaviour?
This is not intended behavior but it is expected. :)
I have been working on an implementation that does all the fancy stuff so I am not planning on fixing this in the current implementation.
