Is it valid to make changes to the DOM in the documentLoadingCompleted callback
without using the updateManger ? Should all DOM changes be wrapped in the updateManager ?
In the document loading completed callback you have exclusive access to the DOM. So it is safe to modify the document. The Update
manager isn't really started until after the first rendering takes
place.
