I use Batik 1.5.0/Java 1.4.2/WinXP. I have created some SVG files using Safe Software's (www.safe.com) FME Translator to convert from DXF to SVG.
These SVG files will not display using the Batik SlideShow, but they will display using the JSVGCanvas demo. They will also display using InternetExplorer.
