There is no off-the-shelf functionality in XSLT for converting
GML into SVG.
I suppose with GML you mean "graph markup language". If so,
XSLT id *not* the best tool to generate a SVG from it except
for a very restricted problem set. Look up "graph layout" in
your favorite information source.
