Hello Converting JPG to SVG it is not easy to do. I think you should use some special software to convert it. For example AutoCad with CadRaster Plugin or something else. I know but dont remember where free software is pleacing in the internet simplest than AutoCad. With this tool you can do an auto vector operation (it is no good idea, many mistakes) or hand vector operation (it is ardous work).
