Well, if everything is working right, it shouldn't matter
what the base URI is for local references (like #logo). If
it does it is likely a bug and I would be interested in seeing the
stackTrace or a reproducible test case.

Now i can sort of guess why this is happening, the renderer tries to
resolve the URL relative to the document URI (which is foobar).
What would be a sensible URI to put into the createSVGDocument() then?
Is this URI resolved at load time? Or does it not matter what I put in,
as long as the xlink:href use the same prefix?
