The new XML Graphics and FOP Wiki haven't been targeted by spammers, yet. Compared to the old Wiki at least you have to invest more energy to spam (Registration mandatory) and we get immediate feedback if someone spams (Diffs through the CVS list). It's relatively easy now to kick a user and AFAIK they are working on anti-spam measures. Furthermore, the individual Wikis are separated now (instead of one big one) which also only makes the bigger Wikis targets for spammers. I'll help looking after the Wiki once it's created. After all, I already monitor Batik's CVS list. > On the IRC point, people are welcome to set one up, I wouldn't > be able to participate most of the time due to strict firewall rules > at work. ...which excludes the number one helper for Batik problems. Yet another reason why IRC wouldn't work. Ok then, I'll set up the Wiki ASAP. I hope it's as easy as the README says. :-) Jeremias Maerki --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
