I don't think so, probably most people will view the SVG version
of the charts using something like the Adobe viewer. Also the bug
relates specifically to the encoding of the Arc to SVG not the display
of the Arc.
Another question is when are you guys going to
release the batik version from svn that has a fix for that?
We don't have any plans. If there is a large user community
need for it then we could probably arrange something but there
are always some bugs in the release that aren't in the dev tree.
