That’s what I’m actually doing… I add the changed cars to a list and update this list every 500 ms…

 

Any further ideas?

First of all, i would try to reduce the amount of refreshing by detecting which items haven't
moved and therefore dont require refresh.
Those items can be refreshed at a much lower rate.
