yes, I think so. batik-rasterizer creates static images (jpeg, png, pdf,
etc.). It doesn't create interactive output currently. Someone please
correct me if I'm wrong.
It might preserve links if you convert it to PDF (but I am not sure
about that). You'd need to test it.
