I checked the windows locale setting on that machine, normal german
settings like on the other machines.
Pls. check the fontconfig.property-files and charsets.jar in the
JRE/lib-folder for equal content.
I replaced that whole lib folder with the standard installation, all
machines have the same jre folder, still the same exception.
