Are you sure that the font you're trying to use is available on the Vserver?

I am trying to convert the attached svg file to a png image.
On my destop it works fine, but on a vserver the font is not used.
Setup:
Desktop/Vserver:
- Debian 4.0
- jdk1.5.0_11
- batik 1.7
- the vserver is standard debian install on the desktop
cmd line:
java -Djava.awt.headless=true -jar /opt/java/batik/batik-rasterizer.jar
font_ref.svg
The main difference seems to me the headless mode on the vserver, so i
tried a vnc server on the vserver but it did not work.
So i'm stuck.
