Hi,

I am displaying an SVG diagram using Batik hosted in an applet.
I have an SVG diagram that is ~ 3.5 MB in size and when displaying it,
Java runs out of memory and I have to explicitly increase the memory
size of the plugin using -Xmx pararmeter in Java Configuration.

1. Is there some way I can make Batik use memory within the default
limits (~ 64MB?) for this sized document.
2. A lot of users are viewing this diagram, and the Xmx setting must be
applied to every machine individually. If Batik cannot show it within
the default plugin memory limits, can I maybe programatically ask for
more memory? Scalability will be easier.

Thank you,
Praveen
